With experience in roofing, exterior & interior restoration, storm damage consulting, property inspections, construction coordination, and development support, SJV helps bridge the gap between homeowners, contractors, insurance-related documentation, and project execution.
We specialize in supporting projects such as roof replacements, gutter systems, exterior repairs, painting, deck restoration, chimney restructuring, storm-related property assessments, and residential improvement planning. Our role is to help evaluate property conditions, document concerns, communicate clearly, and coordinate solutions that protect both the structure and the long-term value of the property.
